First, it started to rain. Then, we got soaked. After that, we ran into the building. On the other hand, the thunder and lightning lasted for hours.

The battle of Brandywine started near Chad’s Fort in Pennsylvania on Thursday, September 11, 1777.This battle was important because the Americans were fighting for independence.The Americans lost this battle. George Washington the Americans leader and William Howe the British Genaral  both lost about 1’300 soilders.The most important thing is we won independence.
